First let me tell you a little bit about this blog. I started this blog as a way to support G&G Web Solutions (one of my first websites I created when getting seriously about tech years ago) with information related to technical resources to bring an idea online, to have a demo area to practice coding when I was teaching students and professionals computer classes, and as a portfolio to share past clients’ projects I have worked on. Recently, I decided to brand and market this blog as “Techie Latina” to talk more about systems for small businesses, information technology in good use for a better world, and even my sort of a techie mommy lifestyle – things that I feel so passionate about daily.
Now you know, you will find updates, comments, posts and information pertaining to those interests.

I’ve been working as a freelancer, consultant, online developer and even web manager for quite some time from the beautiful city of Seattle on as needed basis. I graduated in Informatics and Business Information Technology from Iutirla and Seattle Central Community College respectively, and continuously take courses and classes to keep updated with most recent trends. Part of my experience also comes from a mix of curiosity, self taught education, and networking – yes, I believe in networking. I’m particularly interested in working on projects that really impact other people lives, and most of the time I cannot get to hear about these kind of projects if I don’t go out and socialize with purpose.
What are the type of clients I work with? I always take clients, and projects that not only get my interest and seems challenging and exciting enough but I also look at carefully on the respect, commitment and value my potentials express. I focus on delivering professionally results that solve, somehow, my clients needs. This is something more of a “win-win relation”, just to get you an idea of what I mean. I am a ordinary person, if I can say it that way – I like to keep a lifestyle fill with works, people, ideas and thoughts that are inspired by great experts and folks who are doing and proving awesome results with IT, Tech, marketing and communities. I am a firm believer technology along with the right professionals play an important part in solving problems we encounter all over the world. I use to say that we all have to start doing small things to improve the way many people live because It helps them and it helps us.
Right now, I’m generally taking work and consulting projects from my home office on a part time basis which allows me to keep an eye on, and share important values with, my little one.
