Few days ago surfing on the net I found a post that got my interest. It was about a man that seemed desperate and frustrated because after some years out of the engineering and computer jobs he now finds himself obsolete; He mentioned he’s way behind to catch up on nowadays programming languages and he was able to negotiate a reasonable cost for getting somebody to put him in the right step for an advanced self-taught preparation – he needed to be current no matter what.
This experience got my attention because I related to it a lot, and I know that many people out there are facing the dilemma “I don’t want my career to end yet!, I need to innovate in my arena and need to polish my skills and share my knowledge.”
The great point in this post is that preparing ourselves positively, hardly, and firmly is the effective way to excel in our dreams, for my case, IT/Business dreams. It’s never late to give a try to new things and expect these technology trends could take us with them along the way.
